I’m wondering if the guide is actually just a really butch woman. If so, she was potentially offended by the term sissy not because of it being a commentary on the guide being girly. But rather that it revealed that Lu Sheng failed to register her feminity to such a degree that he’s assuming she’s a man with girly attributes. Rather than her actual nature as a woman with mannish attributes.
The guide doesnt seem like an SJW, he was just offended because a lower life form was belittling him. Now he doesn’t see him as a lower life form anymore so that animosity is dead. Its like a mouse tryna mess with you so you wanna use a bat and send it to the afterlife but then you realise it can comprehend your instructions so you give it some and realise it’ll make a cool pet friend instead (maybe even help you cook some amazing food by hiding in your hair)
