Since it’s not his “own” Skill it is “Not affected by Comprehensive Amplification.”
His “own” Skills are predetermined by his Class. Just like each other Class, for example Knight has their own Skills.
Every 10 levels one unlocks new Skills (amount differs from Class to Class, not further specified in Novel). Those unlocked Skills have to be awakened (for example through the use of Skill Scrolls).
i wonder if he can level up the wings or is that for his class skills only
