Upon successful class upgrade, the skills at level 40 are learned automatically, hence LM didn’t need to awaken them with skill scrolls (this applies to every class).
The above mentioned skills have been fused by the “System” (unique to LM, we don’t know who or what it is).
Skill fusions bring new possibilities (make skills stronger, but at the same time new nerfs are impemented for them to keep it balanced.).
